Taurus is the sign ruled by the throat. Pair this with Mercury, and we’re being asked to speak up about what we love and who we love. Don’t get me wrong, Taurus is great at being a hater. Professional, masterclass-level hatering going on in that sign… but in order to build and grow during this fleeting Mercury Taurus transit time, we will gain so much more when we express from a place of adoration vs dissatisfaction.

Mercury is going to be making some challenging aspects during its run in Taurus. A square from Pluto, a square from Mars, a conjunction with Uranus, all before it changes signs towards the end of the month. These next few weeks will require us to pick our battles, save our energy, and remind people what we are here to do. Where can you infuse more love in your day-to-day?
This is our first fresh personal planet ingress since March 7, when Mercury moved into Aries. A #freshingress meaning, where a planet is entering a whole new sign, not retracing ground covered from a previous retrograde. Fresh ingress energy means a fresh approach. Mercury in Taurus is being challenged to lean into it’s Venusian flair, to say yes, and be swept off its hooves!
The Mercurial challenge is to make the changes that allow love to enter. Break down the barriers and walls you’ve built. The fortress around your heart has protected you for some time now, but these next few weeks ask you to let down the drawbridge and take a chance.
